Resident Students
Who is it for?

Christian young adults with a high school diploma but under 25 years old

Interested in studying youth ministry, mentorship, community development, local missions, and Christian non-profit work
-
Wants to learn theology and do ministry at the same time​
What you will receive:

Full participation in the life of the residency with daily and weekly spiritual formation rhythms
-
Classes that focus on Contextual Mission, Biblical Foundations, Spiritual Formation, and Ministry
-
Valuable ministry training and field experience at our Teen Center, School Sites, and Adventure Trips
-
Participation in the El Salvador study and ministry trip as a part of the Missional Formation course.

Outcome:

Upon completion of our program, you will receive up to 54 credits towards a Bachelor’s Degree with Kairos University (see below for more)​

By completing this program, you will gain valuable experience in ministry and will be better fitted to find employment in the areas of missions, Christian ministry, or the non-profit world.
Resident Interns
Who is it for?
-
Young adults under 25 years old who already have at least 2 years of college experience or an Associate's Degree from related field
-
Desiring to gain work experience and skills in youth ministry, mentorship, community development, local missions, and Christian non-profit work

What you will receive:

Full participation in the life of the residency with daily and weekly spiritual formation rhythms

Average 25 hours/week paid internship hours at our Teen Center, School Sites, and Adventure Trips

Customizable participation in classes in Contextual Mission, Biblical Foundations, Spiritual Formation, and Ministry​
Outcome:

A resume-boosting Certificate in Contextual Mission and Practice from One-Eighty Programs and the North American Baptist Association​

By completing this program, you will gain valuable experience in ministry and will be better fitted to find employment in the areas of missions, Christian ministry, or the non-profit world.
